Las Vegas - 11. April 2010 - Panasonic heeft aangekondigd de onmiddellijke beschikbaarheid van de single-slot P2 solid-state drive geheugenkaart, de AJ-PCD2G. Deelnemen aan de groeiende lijn van P2 workflow tools, de PCD2G, geleverd met twee USB 2.0-kabels, vereist geen aparte voeding voor bestandsoverdracht en biedt volledige compatibiliteit met Mac-en Windows-desktop-en laptopcomputers.
In tegenstelling tot andere single-slot aanbod, de PCD2G zal volledige flexibiliteit en betrouwbaarheid bieden naast het feit dat een low-cost oplossing. Omdat de PCD2G ondersteunt alle maten P2 kaart, P2 formaten en frame rates in HD-en SD-, opslag-capaciteit en compatibiliteit zijn niet-kwesties, in tegenstelling tot vele vaste indeling systemen zoals optische schijf en tape. Met een 64GB ingevoegd P2 kaart, kan de PCD2G bieden onmiddellijke toegang tot meer dan vier uur DVCPRO, twee uur DVCPRO50 of AVC-Intra 50, of meer dan een uur van DVCPRO HD of AVC-Intra 100 inhoud.

Las Vegas - 11. April 2010 - Panasonic has announced the immediate availability of its single-slot P2 solid-state memory card drive, the AJ-PCD2G. Joining the company’s growing line of P2 workflow tools, the PCD2G, with two USB 2.0 cables supplied, requires no separate power supply for file transfers and offers total compatibility with Mac and Windows desktop and laptop computers.
In contrast to other single-slot offerings, the PCD2G will afford complete flexibility and reliability in addition to being a low-cost solution. Because the PCD2G supports all P2 card sizes, P2 formats and frame rates in HD and SD, storage capacity and compatibility are non-issues, unlike many fixed format systems such as optical disc and tape. With a 64GB P2 card inserted, the PCD2G can offer immediate access to more than four hours of DVCPRO, two hours of DVCPRO50 or AVC-Intra 50, or more than an hour of DVCPRO HD or AVC-Intra 100 content.
